you must read, accept and agree to my terms of service before commissioning.
GENERAL
· please be aware that i am allowed to decline or cancel a commission if i feel uncomfortable or if the client is being unserious, disrespectful and unable to communicate correctly.· i will only accept requests with clear reference pictures and descriptions of what the client wants commissioned.· i will always put a small logo in the corner of the artwork.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
· turnaround time is usually ranging from a week to a month depending on the complexity of your commission & other workload.· i will make sure to let the client know about any delays or changes to my schedule that might affect the commission deadline.
COMMUNICATION & SCAM
· response time is within 1-2 business days, but i am usually also active during weekends.· if the client is taking too long to respond, i will pause working on their commission and prioritize others until they answer.· if the client is unresponsive for a long time, i am allowed to cancel the commission eventually without refunds.· if the client is being rude or inappropriate, i have the right to decline working on a commission.· i communicate with clients through various platforms, let me know which one is of your preference when commissioning me.· if i suspect a scam attempt, you will be blocked.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
꒰ commissioning sites ꒱· i use multiple platforms where you can choose various safe payment methods. please have a look at how you can pay on the sites before commissioning.
꒰ other methods ꒱· i will usually refuse commissioning outside of my chosen platforms, but if there would ever be a valid reason to make payments outside of those sites- i will be OK with PayPal only.· i will only accept payments upfront!!
꒰ refunds ꒱· you can still get a refund if i have not already started working on your commission.· you cannot get a refund after the sketching phase.· you cannot get a refund if all phases of the artwork have been approved by you already and the commission is/or close to being finished.

USE OF ARTWORK
· the default for a commission is for personal use only, which is free.
this means using the artwork for a profile picture, desktop wallpaper, gift to a friend, printing ex. a poster or making an appreciation-post online with proper credit is allowed.· for monetized use, there will be an additional fee for content creators & streamers, or anyone who want's to use the artwork in their branding or self promotion. credit to the artist in ex. bio and posts is obligatory.· for commercial use, there will be an additional fee for companies & brands who want to re-create, re-sell, print and commercialize using the artwork. credit to the artist in some way is obligatory.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
· you need to properly give credit to me as the artist anywhere the artwork is being used (ex. bio).· as mentioned earlier, i will always put a small logo in the corner of the artwork· as the artist, i am allowed to use progress pictures, videos and final result of the commissioned artwork in my social media posts and portfolio. there will be an additonal fee to keep it completely private.please understand that this is a profession. to benefit from making artwork, i need to be able to share and self promote with it.
